Role Overview: As the Lead Data Scientist in Customer Analytics, you will lead a team of data scientists in developing advanced analytical solutions to understand customer behavior and drive business growth. Your role involves defining the analytics roadmap, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights. Qualification Required: - Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in data science and analytics, with a focus on customer analytics. - Proficiency in Python and R programming. - Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras. - Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering). - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
