Job Description Documentation Expert (SAP) Position: Documentation Expert (SAP) Experience: 46 Years Work Mode: Remote CTC: Up to 11 LPA Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Documentation Expert with hands-on experience in SAP documentation. Theideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, as the role involvescollaborating with German and British clients. Candidates with English language certifications (such as IELTS) will bepreferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain documentation for SAP solutions. Create user guides, API documentation, SDK documentation, and supporting technical content. Design and develop demo scenarios for SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions. Work with SAP demo environments, including Golden Demo Master (GDM). Prepare product documentation, process guides, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy and quality. Review and update documentation based on product enhancements and client feedback. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP documentation. Hands-on experience with SAP demo environments and Golden Demo Master (GDM). Experience creating documentation for SAP Service, Sales, and Marketing solutions. Expertise in authoring User Guides, API Documentation, and SDK Documentation. Proficiency with: o Snagit o DMR Tool o Adobe Suite o SAP Demo Authoring o MadCap Flare o Microsoft Visio Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience interacting with international clients, especially German and British stakeholders. IELTS or equivalent English language certification is an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and documentation standards. Regarding Documentation writer requirement, client is looking for high proficiency in English language as candidate has to interact with German & British client. .
