We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Engineer specializing in IT Load Balancing to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This position is exclusively open to persons with disabilities. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our load balancing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our IT systems. Design, implement, and manage load balancing solutions to distribute network traffic efficiently Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability Troubleshoot complex network and server issues related to load balancing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems Develop and maintain documentation for load balancing configurations and processes Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in load balancing and IT infrastructure Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role Strong knowledge of load balancing technologies and network protocols Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancers (e.g., F5, Citrix NetScaler, HAProxy) Experience with server management and troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their load balancing solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., F5 Certified, Citrix Certified) are a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Must be a person with a disability, as this position is specifically designated for individuals with disabilities
