Civil Engineer

As an Assistant Manager Civil Engineer, youll be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering activities for ground-mounted solar projectsincluding layout planning, earthwork, foundation construction, and site supervision. Your expertise ensures structural integrity, cost-eAiciency, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify site layout designs, module mounting structures(MMS), and trenching plans Oversee excavation, leveling, drainage systems, fencing, and foundation construction Supervise contractors and labor teams to ensure quality and safety compliance on site Review civil drawings, BOQs, and coordinate with consultants for technical validation Track progress of civil works using project schedules and update DPRs/MIS Ensure optimal usage of civil materials and prevent wastage or cost overruns Support topographical surveys and geotechnical testing activities as required Conduct inspections for civil quality audits and handover documentation Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute 46 years of experience in civil execution of infrastructure/solar/Epc projects Proficiency in Auto-Cad, Ms Project, and civil estimation tools Good understanding of soil types, foundation design, and MMS specifications Strong coordination and reporting skills across multiple stakeholders Willingness to travel or be stationed at project sites across Maharashtra
