As an Assistant Manager in Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the global HSSE program is implemented across the India sites of the Work Dynamics (WD) Business. Your primary objective will be to ensure the safety of employees and sub-contractors, promoting a positive HSSE culture and ensuring compliance with all client HSSE policies. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Global WD HSSE and Client strategic objectives within the Client account - Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance on HSSE risk management - Provide technical advice on HSSE issues and communicate changes in legislation - Lead, manage, and develop the Account HSSE culture - Support the Regional HSSE leads in developing relationships with key stakeholders - Establish effective relationships with Account Teams, Clients, and 3rd party vendors - Develop and lead a high-performing team - Ensure compliance with JLL WD and Client HSSE Standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years experience in developing, implementing, and managing HSSE programs - Strong track record in HSE management within Operational Management systems - Appropriate recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships - Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 Management systems - Practical working knowledge of real estate environment and risk management - Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and drive measurable results At JLL, you will join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture where success is achieved together.
