As a Senior DotNet Engineer with 2-6 years of experience, your role involves combining excellent abstract reasoning ability with a commitment to excellence in documenting, architecting, developing, and testing software before deployment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Writing and implementing low latency applications & software solutions that integrate with different systems. - Rapidly incorporating new technologies as required and successfully delivering by yourself. - Working closely with mentors, team members, team leads, program managers, and stakeholders to investigate, fix, optimize, test, and deploy high-quality solutions. - Driving the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of larger tech initiatives aimed at improving and scaling products. - Accurately scheduling and tracking progress of yourself and team members, creating end-to-end Work Breakdown & estimates for modules being implemented. - Participating in planning and recognizing inconsistencies in product requirements and alerting the Project Mentor. - Supporting the team in deploying product functionality and assisting Team Leads in troubleshooting in the production environment. - Proactively promoting Tech Culture by writing blogs and making presentations to help you learn and grow. - Effectively communicating one-on-one with on-shore/off-shore product teams/developers, gathering and clarifying requirements from technical folks/product managers/business teams. - Proactively assisting and serving as a role model for team members to follow the team software development process, consistently innovating team processes to improve productivity and quality. Your required skill-set includes: - Strong knowledge and proven working experience as an ASP .NET/ASP .NET Core developer. - Hands-on experience in developing ASP .NET Core/ASP .NET MVC applications. - Well-versed with Microsoft's .NET framework and tech stack. - Proficient in C#, programming languages, and extensive working knowledge of .NET languages. - Experience working with WebAPI, Entity Framework, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Angular. - Experience with unit testing and test-driven development. - Experience working with Windows Operating system. - Experience with modern software engineering workflows and tools (e.g. Agile, JIRA, Git, CI/CD, Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.), Observability and Monitoring tools like ELK, Datadog, NewRelic, etc.). - Extremely passionate about code reviews, engineering best practices, and mentoring/coaching developers to make them successful. - Excellent understanding of feature estimation and ability to communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines, budget, or resources. - Experience with Agile development lifecycle.
