You should be keen to serve as a role model and strive to mentor your team members. Qualifications: B.EB.Tech in CSITECE or M.C.A from a reputed college. 4-8 years of software development experience. Roles Responsibility: Develop reusable, maintainable cross-platform front-end web application components while adhering to web and team standards. Write unit tests to provide sufficient testing coverage for each developed component. Constantly review and improve front-end performance of the web application. Work with creative and business partners to understand, build and adjust web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals. Work with server-side, infrastructure and 3rd party technology partners to build, integrate and deploy web application functionality and visual presentation to support business goals. Work with project technical lead andor FE architect to create technical designs and implementation plans. Work with leads and architects to evolve and advance the state of FE technology stack. Identify the technical gaps in product requirements and lead a constructive discussion with all stakeholders to resolve the same. Mentor other developers, define our technical culture, and help to build a fast-growing team. Lead and organize meetings that include all stakeholders at the project level, manage expectations clearly communicate overall project goals and success metrics. Identify various bottlenecks in the project resolves the same as appropriate via automation, process changes, introducing best practices etc. Lead implementations with a complete sense of ownership and accountability. Effectively communicate with on-shore off-shore product teams developers; gather and clarify requirements from technical folks product managers business teams. Proactively assist and serve as a role model for the team members to follow the team software development process; consistently innovate the team processes to improve team productivity and quality. Skill Set : Strong Analytical, Problem Solving Skills and participates in all activities with urgency, a results orientation, and a strong work ethic. Expertise in either ReactJS, Angular or AngularJS. Expertise in either React Native or Ionic Cordova. Strong skills with HTML5, CSS, Basic JS, Responsive Bootstrap, Material Design, LESS SASS. Ability to implement Pixel Perfect Mobile and Web Designs. Expertise in Performance Benchmarking of Front-End Implementations. Ability to structure the FE components as per the technical stack of the product ReactJS, AngularJS, etc. Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) andor NoSQL databases would be an added advantage. Strong experience with unit testing and test-driven development. Experience working with LinuxUnix Operating system comfortable with command line. Experience with modern software engineering workflows and tools (e.g. Agile, JIRA, Git, CICD, Amazon Web Services, ELK, APM). Excellent understanding of feature estimation and ability to communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines, budget, or resources. Experience with Agile development lifecycle. Experienced in effectively leading remotehybrid teams. Extremely passionate about code reviews, engineering best practices and mentoringcoaching the developers to make them successful. Ability to incorporate new technologies as required. Excellent understanding of feature estimation and ability to communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines, budget, or resources.
