About the role
As a Senior Manager/Chief Manager in Data Science at our client, one of the top life insurers in India, your role will involve providing consulting services to business teams on various problems. You will be responsible for identifying insights, developing solutions, and collaborating closely with business owners for implementation. Your key accountabilities will include: - Providing insights to business teams based on data - Developing frameworks, solutions, and recommendations for business problems - Building machine learning models for predictive solutions - Utilizing advanced data science techniques for business solutions - Automating and optimizing new/existing models for smooth, timely, and accurate execution with the lowest possible TAT - Designing and maintaining response tracking, measurement, and comparison of success parameters for various projects - Handling large volumes of data effectively using software such as Python, R, etc - Demonstrating strong data interpretation and reasoning skills - Exhibiting proficient verbal and written communication skills Educational Qualification: - MBA from a premier institute, preferably IIM - Masters from IIT Competencies (Knowledge & Skills): - Experience in modeling techniques and hands-on experience in building Logistic regression models, Random Forest, K-means Clustering, NLP, Decision Trees, Boosting techniques, etc - Proficiency in deep data analysis - Excellent knowledge of R and Python - Working knowledge of SQL - Understanding of databases and data structures - Strong communication skills Join our team to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
