Project Engineering HEAT EXCHANGERS

Description We are seeking a Project Engineer specialized in heat exchangers to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the design and development of heat exchanger systems, with a strong background in thermal and fluid dynamics. BE / B Tech in Mechanical with minimum of 10 year in Project Management of Pressure Vessels & Columns / Heat Exchangers / Cladded static equipments/ Piping modules / Skid Packages etc . Should have good communication and presentation skills , technical knowledge of static equipment projects in Oil & gas industry with experience in any of reputed manufacturing companies like L& T/ Thermax/ Godrej etc . Exposure to planning software like Primavera / MS Projects & additional qualification in Contract & Project Mgt will be preferred Responsibilities Design and develop heat exchanger systems for various applications. Conduct thermal and fluid flow analyses to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for manufacturing. Conduct performance testing and troubleshoot issues with heat exchangers. Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design purposes. Experience with heat exchanger design software (e.g., HTRI, Aspen Exchanger Design and Rating). Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
