R&D ENGINEER

Description We are looking for a skilled R&D Engineer to join our team in UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in research and development, focusing on innovative product design and development. EXPERIENCE IN POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS,SWITCHGEAR MANUFACTURING OR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN BUSBAR PRODUCTION Responsibilities Design and develop innovative products and solutions in line with market needs. Conduct experiments and simulations to validate design concepts and improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet deadlines. Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and optimize product functionality. Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders and management. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, ANSYS).,PLM SOFTWARE EXECUTION, NPDI PROCESS RISK AND DESIGN ANAYSIS GENERATION OF PROCESS FLOWS. Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes. Experience with data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python). Familiarity with product development lifecycle and project management methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
