Job Description Executive / Assistant Manager Civil Company: K Raheja Corp Projects: Commercial IT Park Projects Location: Pune Job Summary Responsible for execution and supervision of civil works at commercial IT park projects, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site. Monitor quality, progress, and execution as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Verify measurements, material usage, and billing quantities. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation. Resolve site-level technical and execution issues. Desired Profile B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3–10 years of experience in commercial building or IT park projects. Knowledge of RCC, finishing, and high-rise commercial construction.
