Hardware Engineer (ENG)

Hardware Engineer Role: • Analyze customer specifications and define from them the system design requirements; • Write Technical Documentation (Schematics, System Functional Descriptions, Interface Control Documents); • Design CAD drawings and Bill of Materials for manufacturing (Assembly, Wiring, Testing); • Prepare Hardware Validation / Qualification Test Plans and Procedures; • Build Prototypes and perform internal engineering tests to validate hardware designs; • Prepare Project Schedules for Design Tasks. Education: • Knowledge of Design Tools (CAD 2D/3D, Schematic Experience: • 3-5 years of experience working as Hardware Design Engineer in the design, testing and commissioning of embedded control systems. • Knowledge of Design Tools (CAD 2D/3D, Schematic Capture, PCB Layout, Microsoft Office, Simulation Tools); • Experience on railway signalling Vehicle/ Wayside hardware design.
