About the role
Job Duties
Maintain software that supports food and nutrition services in healthcare facilities by following established guidelines to ensure reliability, usability, and alignment with operational needs.
Work closely with clinical staff, food service teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and help deliver practical, effective solutions.
Evaluate workflow needs, discuss gaps and potential approaches with users, create technical designs, take part in code reviews, and write clean, maintainable code based on standard practices.
Provide code reviews focused on ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to established engineering methods.
Support application deployments by following defined procedures to help ensure new features and updates are delivered smoothly and reliably.
Maintain clear, accurate technical documentation to support compliance, system integrations, and ongoing operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve routine production issues across applications, ensuring timely support for critical food and nutrition workflows in healthcare settings.
