About the role
Job Duties
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools
Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and middleware tools.
Gather business requirements, create technical specifications, design architecture diagrams, and convert functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Implement enterprise-grade security framework including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, encryption standards, and compliance controls.
Lead CI/CD automation, build deployment pipelines using GitHub, Copado, Gearset, and perform release management, code reviews, and production support.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, enforce best practices, review code, and support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
