Senior Consultant Data Transformation Analyst Location: Pune, India (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 6+ Years About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Consultant Data Transformation Analyst to bridge the gap between source systems and business-ready analytics data. This role is responsible for defining, designing, and implementing transformation logic across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers of a modern Medallion Architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL development, data warehousing, data transformation, and business rule implementation. As a Senior Consultant, you will independently lead transformation workstreams, resolve data ambiguities, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate complex business requirements into scalable, production-ready data solutions. You will work closely with Architects, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure data is accurately transformed, validated, and optimized for reporting and analytics.
