If you have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, Now Assist, Moveworks, AI integrations, and enterprise service management, we'd love to hear from you. Job Details Role: ServiceNow AI Developer Location: Remote (Work from Home) Employment Type: Contract Budget: Up to 2.00 LPM + GST Experience: 5+ Years Required Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations. 1+ year of experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist or AI capabilities. Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Moveworks. Mandatory Skills ServiceNow Platform ServiceNow Now Assist Moveworks ServiceNow Configuration JavaScript / Scripting ServiceNow Integrations HRSD ITSM ITOM Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Platform Architecture AI Governance Security & Privacy AI Lifecycle Management Key Responsibilities Configure, customize, and deploy ServiceNow Now Assist AI capabilities and Moveworks integrations. Develop reusable AI solutions and standardized platform components. Design secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and organizational standards. Manage AI lifecycle activities including deployment, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
