Oracle CX Sales Cloud Consultant Location: Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Trivandrum Experience: 5+ Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Sales Cloud Consultant with 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CX Sales Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support Oracle CX Sales Cloud modules such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, and Territory Management. - Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions. - Create reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI. - Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs. - Conduct testing, user training, and post-production support. - Collaborate with business and technical teams for successful project delivery. Required Skills - 5+ years of Oracle CX/CRM experience. - Hands-on experience with Oracle CX Sales Cloud implementation and support. - Solid understanding of CRM and Sales processes. - Experience in OTBI reporting and dashboards. - Knowledge of OIC and integrations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred - Oracle CX Sales Cloud Certification. - Experience with Oracle CPQ, Service Cloud, or other Oracle CX products. .
