About the role
- Responsive cross-browser and cross-platform design, mobile experience, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), color theory, graphic design, mockups and prototyping, testing / debugging and building from concept to deployment 2. Ability to convert static content into engaging interactive experiences 3. Sound experience in content management tools 4. Knowledge of web content management systems, like Adobe Experience Manager, required Experience using Git / Bitbucket 5. Solid grasp of user-centric design, rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluation, usability and accessibility concerns 6. Ability to take decisions and suggest alternatives with the changing priorities 7. Experience working with brand and/or design guidelines 8. Experience with Typescript and static type checking methodologies 9. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions 10. Ability to work effectively in a virtual team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete designs Skills required: 1. Any Graduation/ Engineering Degree (preferably computer science)/MCA or relevant experience 2. 4-5 years hands-on UI/UX design and development in-depth experience with rich template-based designs and web design, usability and development best practices with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end frameworks (Bootstrap), jQuery, AngularJS, CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) Soft Skills: 1. Pleasant in communication 2. Very good in interdepartmental coordination 3. Innovative and out of box thinking 4. Self-motivated and creative problem-solving skills 5. Believe in relationship
