About the role
- Create test case artifacts, and perform test execution following standard QA methodologies to ensure the delivery of quality products 2. Execute sanity, functional, and regression tests; including both positive and negative scenarios 3. Execute automated test scripts for smoke and regression tests 4. Responsible for identifying bugs and communicating their business impact to facilitate decision-making by product management and engineering 5. Participate in an Agile development environment / Scrum teams and follow all the Scrum ceremonies 6. Work to meet project schedules and deadlines Within a team environment, pro-actively analyze, clarify, plan and test software 7. Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment 8. Interacting and coordinating test activities amongst multiple teams and stake holders Skills required: 1. Bachelors Degree is required 2. 3 to 5 years experience in Manual/Functional Testing 3. Proven experience testing cloud/web applications and analytical platforms 4. Experience working on Rest API testing using Swagger/Postman/SoapUI 5. Exposure to AWS and the native tools 6. Knowledge of basic SQL 7. Proven experience working on Agile / Scrum tools like Jira/ADO 8. Experience working on Test Management tools like ALM/Jira 9. Experience in Sanity, Functional, Regression, Upgrade testing 10. Good verbal and written communication skills Soft Skills: 1. Pleasant in communication 2. Very good in interdepartmental coordination 3. Innovative and out of box thinking 4.
