Our vision is to combine nutrition science, food technology, AI, data science, and intelligent operations to create personalized nutrition products, measurable transformation programs, and one of Indias most intelligent nutrition platforms. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in building Kefilos Nutrition Intelligence Engine, transforming food, nutrition, and lifestyle data into personalized recommendations and actionable business insights. Key Responsibilities Build Kefilos Nutrition Intelligence Engine by developing machine learning models, nutrition scoring systems, recommendation algorithms, and predictive analytics that personalize meal plans and transformation programs. Analyze structured and unstructured data from nutrition assessments, meal logs, health reports, wearable devices, customer behavior, laboratory reports, grocery patterns, and transformation outcomes to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with nutritionists, food scientists, chefs, product managers, and software engineers to convert nutrition science into intelligent digital products and AI-powered recommendations. Develop business intelligence dashboards to monitor customer engagement, health outcomes, operational efficiency, marketing performance, product performance, and business KPIs. Design experimentation frameworks, A/B testing systems, customer segmentation models, churn prediction, demand forecasting, and customer lifetime value models. Research emerging AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision for food recognition, and predictive nutrition while contributing to future patents and R&D initiatives. Build scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, model monitoring systems, validation frameworks, and automated reporting systems that support long-term product growth. Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across the entire analytics ecosystem. Who Should Apply Background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Visualization, Statistics, and predictive analytics. Experience with tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Familiarity with recommendation systems, NLP, LLMs, customer analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence. Experience with healthcare, nutrition, food technology, D2C, SaaS, or consumer analytics is an added advantage. Strong analytical thinking, research mindset, and problem-solving skills with an ownership-driven approach. Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days) Build the initial architecture of Kefilos Nutrition Intelligence Engine. Develop customer profiling and personalized nutrition recommendation models. Create dashboards for customer transformation, operational performance, marketing analytics, and product metrics. Analyze customer behavior to improve engagement, retention, and program effectiveness. Support the launch of the Kefilo mobile application by integrating AI-driven nutrition insights and analytics. Build scalable data collection pipelines, reporting frameworks, and business intelligence systems. Conduct research on AI applications in nutrition, food science, and behavioral change to support future product innovation.
