About the role
Project Technical Execution: Perform technical tasks assigned by the Instrumentation Discipline Lead, including design, checking, layout definition, installation drawings, and material definition. Instrumentation Engineering: Engineer process measuring sensors, process actuators, installation elements, and process safety elements; validate and test equipment. Project Coordination: Interface and coordinate with Project Team Specialists, Designers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Feasibility & Commercial Support: Support feasibility studies, bidding phase, and commercial proposal development; prepare tagged items and bulk material quantities for cost and erection estimates; define man hours and cost estimates. Project Execution: Review client technical documentation; define engineering design basis and guidelines; prepare technical documentation, material requisitions, technical specifications, data sheets, BOQs, MTOs, and installation drawings. Vendor Management: Validate sizing calculations of vendor control valves, safety valves, and measurement elements; coordinate vendor activities and 3D modeling design. Construction & Startup Support: Provide technical and engineering support to the construction team; perform site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
