Job Title: Junior UX/UI Designer

About the Role: As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you’ll be an active part of a collaborative, cross-functional team working on real digital products. You’ll apply modern design thinking to solve user problems, contribute to the design system, and bring ideas to life through thoughtful UI/UX design. We’re looking for someone who’s not just creative, but also a team player with a curious mind—especially when it comes to the future of design with AI. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive experiences and eager to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Understand and apply basic laws of UX (e.g., Hick’s Law, Fitts’s Law, etc.) in your design process. Should be well-versed with Figma, Figma Make, Claude Code, AI-driven design workflows, and UX/UI fundamentals. Contribute to and maintain consistency through our Design System. Use tools like Figma and Framer for designing and prototyping user interfaces. Showcase your design thinking and skills through past projects or portfolios. Assist in creating clear and concise design briefs and documentation of user flows and design decisions. Share and discuss your design inspirations, trends you follow, and how they influence your work. What We’re Looking For: A good eye for design, detail, and visual harmony. Basic knowledge of UX principles and usability guidelines. Proficiency in design tools (Figma is a must, Framer is a plus). A portfolio that demonstrates creative problem-solving and design thinking. Curiosity to learn, grow, and adapt to different design challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
