Senior QA (AI-assisted or Agentic testing techniques)

8+ years experience in software testing or quality engineering, with substantial hands-on test automation experience (this is a senior individual contributor / technical lead role, not a people-management role) Proven experience designing and building automated test frameworks and accelerators from the ground up, not just writing scripts within an existing framework Hands-on experience with, or strong demonstrable capability in, AI-assisted or agentic testing techniques (for example AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test selection, or AI-assisted defect analysis) Strong programming or scripting ability in at least one language used for test automation (for example JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#), with sound software engineering practices Deep experience with mainstream automation tools and frameworks (for example Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Postman/REST Assured, or similar) across UI, API, and integration layers Solid experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and version control (for example Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) Strong manual and exploratory testing skills, including test design, risk-based testing, and defect management Experience defining test code standards, reviewing others automation code, and mentoring or coaching less experienced testers Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps delivery and how quality engineering and shift-left practices integrate within them Experience testing within complex, integrated system landscapes; exposure to eCommerce, ERP, or SaaS platforms is an advantage Strong defect analysis and problem-solving skills, able to reproduce, isolate, and clearly document complex issues Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence delivery teams and work effectively as a senior member of a distributed offshore team across multiple time zones Self-directed and accountable, able to deliver quality outcomes and shape technical approach with limited supervision Compensation: 1,500,000.00 - 3,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible scheduleWork from homeApplication Question(s): What is your Current Salary What is your Expected Salary What is your Notice Period Do you have work experience in , AI-assisted or agentic testing techniques Work Location: Remote .
