About the role
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Salesforce Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Support data migration, transformation, and quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform
Participate in code reviews, adhere to best practices, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects in a timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including automation, AI/ML integration, and platform optimization
Work within Agile/Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools and practices
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required
3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL
Experience with Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
Understanding of integration patterns and experience with REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud

Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application in Salesforce

Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
