Kforce is seeking an experienced UX Designer for an enterprise technology company in their global marketing group. Ideally this person would be local to San Diego, California (CA) or another key location. Boise, Idaho/Vancouver, Washington.

Project: While working on this project you will be asked to perform the below duties and additional duties upon request:

UX Designers define and design end-to-end experiences (from research to final design execution)

Participate early in the design process - lead research, define experience objectives and design principles

As a UX Designer, you will help with the creation of competitive analysis, personas, scenarios and use cases, journey maps, storyboards, experience objectives, design requirements and guiding principles, and high-level information architecture

Design portion of products & systems based on requirements and principles

Test, gather, describe, and report data that aligns with research plans & specifications

Analyze and report back on project success to stakeholders

Bachelor's in Design, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction or other related degrees

6+ years of experience

Hands on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe

Prior experience designing marking content around physical products

A strong eye for modern design aesthetic

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work across geographies to achieve desired results

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence skills; Mastery in and language

Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies

Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
