Key Responsibilities: - Track and manage key program milestones to ensure projects are on schedule and stakeholders are in alignment. - Coordinate with product, engineering, and business teams to drive execution and address any obstacles. - Take charge of data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis to derive insights and facilitate decision-making. - Develop and maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and delivery timelines. Qualifications Required: - Students or recent graduates from any discipline, including Engineering, Commerce, Business, or related fields. - Foundational understanding of lending concepts such as loans, KYC, repayments, and credit will be advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL will be a plus. - Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and take initiative. Good to have: - Previous internship or project experience in fintech, startups, or operations roles. - Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Jira.
