Design Engineer - Electrical- Deputy Manager (MG3)

Job Description 1. Responsible for understanding the electrical technical requirements and converting it into design specifications. 2. Responsible for Change management for electrical system; PR, ECR and ECN; 3. Responsible for the DFM and DFMEA clearance along with the CFT. 4. Responsible for interactions with OEMs for technical query resolutions and data sharing. 5. Responsible for testing different electrical systems related to engine. 6. Responsible for engine validation on end equipment activity (Electrical part). Position Specific Skills 1. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electronic circuits and diagrams 2. Should have good knowledge of electrical wiring harness design and its child components etc. 3. Understanding the technical requirement and converting it into design specifications. 4. Should have knowledge of Auto CAD / E Plan and 3D solid modelling tool like ProE. 5. Should have the knowledge of Change management, DFMEA, DFM and IMS. 6. Should have hands on experience of analysing and troubleshooting the electrical problems in wiring harnesses and sensors used in CRDI diesel engines, Gas engines etc. 7. Candidate who has worked on Construction Mining applications will be preferred.
