Senior Engineer (MG4) - Corporate ME and Projects Department - B2B Corporate - Kagal

• Preparation & updation of activity chart, process flow diagram, PFMEA, Semi finish drawing & Semi finish drawing DFM, Process detailing sheet & KPS. • Identifying the requirement of tooling (Jigs, Fixture, Cutting tools & gauges). • Identifying the requirement of new machinery & equipment. • Preparing the CNC part program for machining, verify tooling & process proving plan. • Proving of New Proto Components on machining line. • Review the component inspection report and capacity verification. • Understand and act according to IMS Policy. • To implement IMS in working area. • Prepare IMS Dept. manual in consultation with ICT leader/ ICT member /Unit manager. • Co-ordination and Implementation of process change request. • Ensure safe working Practices.

• To Train develop and evaluate team member. • Implement corrective actions in the process for non-conformities of components. • Ensure timely updation / revision of any documents in IMS. • Conduct & document Risk Assessment (as per IMS) & update as necessary. • To provide technical support to other departments as and when required. • Monitoring of improvement Project/Plan progress report / OCP / IMS Objectives. • Report all Accidents & Near-miss incidents to Safety officer / factory manager • Investigate Incidents & take necessary corrective actions. • Attend IMS training programs as per schedules communicated to him. • To ensure the set process is environmental friendly, uppermost operator safety & energy efficient.
