Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for applications hosted on Windows, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS. Your key responsibilities will include: - Minimum 3+ years of support experience in Microsoft technologies like Windows Server, MS SQL Server, AD, GPOs, Registry, Windows Logs, Server performance monitoring, MS Office, and Patching - Experience in providing support to applications hosted on Windows - Proficiency in SQL Server and writing/understanding SQL queries - Monitoring alerts, troubleshooting, and providing L2/L3 support - Understanding new application designs, analyzing requirements, and performing testing - Willingness to work from the office and be available for 247 shifts Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-7 years of experience in a similar role - Strong skills in Windows Server, SQL, and experience with any web server, preferably IIS Please note that this role is located in Greater Noida and immediate joiners are preferred.
