Java-Full Stack or Java AWS-Lead

Role Overview: You have over 10 years of experience and are proficient in either Java with Angular or Java with AWS. Experience in a lead role is a must for this position. Your technical skills include proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), and Hibernate/JPA. You have experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web application development, strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL), query optimization, knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with front-end integration (Angular/React) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for applications and systems. - Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for scalability and efficiency. - Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Java technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation.
