About the role
Position: Java Full Stack-Tech Lead Developer Skills: UI skills in CSS, HTML, JavaScript & React Experience: 12 - 15 years Location: Hyderabad Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Mode: Hybrid, 3 days work from office Notice Period: Immediate to 15days joiners Required Skills: - Strong software design and development skills. - Full stack microservice architecture. - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). - Containerization (Docker). - Web APIs (REST/JSON). - Web Technologies: React, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. - Relational Databases: Postgres, SQL. Learning Opportunities: - Hands-on experience in building software services. - Understanding how to apply technology and rigor to create sophisticated financial software applications. Work Environment: - Collaborate with a seasoned team of professionals. - Work in an setting founded by recognized industry veterans and innovators with successful entrepreneurial track records. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain all layers of the full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, database). - Build software that leverages technologies and features within the AWS platform. - Implement and enhance features across all layers of the application. - Participate in technical meetings throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs. Qualifications: - Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (preferably C# or Java). - Knowledge of current web technologies and best practices. - In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Solid grasp of software design patterns and architectural concepts. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
