Job Summary Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes for human and non-human identities using Saviynt IGA. Configure, administer, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes for human and non-human identities using Saviynt IGA. Configure, administer, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Integrate Saviynt with Active Directory, databases, REST APIs, and third-party enterprise applications. Develop and customize workflows, connectors, access request processes, and identity lifecycle workflows. Configure and manage Access Reviews and Certification Campaigns, including User Manager, Entitlement Owner, and Application Owner campaigns. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Saviynt and IAM issues through advanced debugging and root cause analysis. Collaborate with technology vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and integration challenges. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and preparation of technical design documentation. Work closely with Security, Compliance, and IT teams to implement IAM policies, governance, and access controls. Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, IAM processes, operational procedures, and best practices.
