About the role
Role Overview: You are a highly experienced React Tech Lead responsible for driving the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. Your role involves combining hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud-native deployments with leading teams, defining best practices, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery. You will be focusing on building modern, high-performance applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform using containerized environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js. - Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications. - Drive technical decision-making and technology adoption. - Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming. - Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning to ensure engineering excellence and adherence to standards. - Lead deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Storage. - Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes. - Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. - Collaborate with Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and microservices. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap planning.
