• BLoC / Cubit — state management, non-negotiable

• Clean Architecture — strict layered separation (data / domain / presentation)

• GetIt / Service Locator — dependency injection pattern

• Dependency Injection — solid understanding of DI principles

• REST APIs & WebSockets — real-time data handling (market feeds, order updates)

• Git — branching strategies, PR discipline, code reviews

Senior Flutter Lead — Profile

Experience: 6+ years overall, 3+ years Flutter

• Has independently led feature modules or squads in production Flutter apps

• Deep expertise in BLoC, clean architecture — not just familiar, but has enforced it

• Experience with large-scale apps (50+ screens minimum; 100+ preferred)

• Strong sense of code quality, reusability, performance optimization

• Capable of reviewing mid-level developers' code and providing technical direction

• Experience in fintech / trading / broking apps is a strong plus
