 The candidate should have the eye for data & patterns – S/He should be a Data-Ninja who eats, breaths, and talks data

 S/He should be able to be able to bring out intelligence from raw data, which can be then used to take decisions

 Our candidate should be able to deal with diverse analytics report requirements  One should be able to take a complex problem and break it down to smaller digestible chunks and provide an analytics report in presentable form

 You should be able to define a logical & step by step approach to achieving a lofty goal

 We are looking for someone who can set/define data design/analysis processes

 You should be able to create customer cannibalization reports, RFM analysis and track daily, weekly, monthly customer behavior  One should have the ability to influence without authority  S/He should be able to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.

 Experience in latest industries like Fin-tech, AI/ML, Health-tech, Food-tech, Contenttech, Edu-tech, Gaming-tech, Social-tech etc. will be given an additional weightage

 An ideal person will be results oriented, self-starter who can effectively influence across multiple role levels, drive priorities and own outcomes in a matrix environment. And, will have ability to problem solve & clearly communicate alternative/solution
