About the role
Job Role- Workday Operational Support Consultant Full Time REMOTE but can sit out of Bengaluru client office or IGs HITEC City office Day-to-Day Responsibilities This individual will provide operational support across the Workday platform, assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, security, configuration support, testing, and issue resolution. The role will partner with HR and business stakeholders to manage platform requests, maintain data integrity, support Workday enhancements, perform user access administration, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The team is seeking well-rounded Workday professionals with broad platform knowledge, with dedicated expertise needed in Workday Recruiting and Workday Prism. Must-Haves 3+ years of hands-on Workday support experience. Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM. Experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Prism. (Please send candidates if they have everything but Prism still) Experience in troubleshooting platform issues and supporting end users. Ability to work across multiple functional areas and priorities simultaneously. Nice-to-Haves Workday Prism Analytics experience. Experience supporting global enterprise Workday environments.
