About the role
Responsibilities
-
A flexible engineer who will support both battery pack activities at AEI and HIL operations as needed
-
Develop test plan for battery validation in cell for Technicians
-
Perform fault injection testing
-
Validate Functional Safety requirements on HIL
-
Acting as the liaison between technicians and the systems team to ensure requirements are validated thoroughly
-
Create and document test report in RNnS (Integrity)
-
Review test report with the team
-
Driving activities independently in a fast paced environment
Requirements
-
CAN communication
-
Python scripting for automated test development
-
Battery systems experience with understanding of how critical BMs features work example SOC, SOH, power limits, diagnostics
-
Diagnostics calibration and validation experience
-
Circuit and wiring diagram review understanding
-
FuSa validation experience
-
Tools and UDS protocol experience
