About the role
a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } ServiceNow Development - Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, SecOps, IRM). - Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts. - Build and maintain Service Catalog items and automation flows. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (APIs, REST/SOAP). - Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting. SOAR Automation - Design and maintain automated playbooks for incident response. - Integrate SOAR platforms (ServiceNow SecOps, Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, etc.) with security tools like SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence platforms. - Automate repetitive security operations tasks (alert triage, enrichment, ticketing). - Support incident investigation and response workflows. - Optimize and maintain automation use cases and orchestration pipelines. Security & Operations - Collaborate with SOC, IT, and security teams to improve response times. - Ensure compliance with security standards and policies. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and automation issues. - Maintain documentation for playbooks, workflows, and integrations.
