About the role
Business Associate We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as ServiceNow Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects, with a focus on the HRSD & Employee Workflows suite. As a BPC, you will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions to drive maximum value from the ServiceNow platform. Strategic Process Consulting: Partner with HR leaders, process owners, and stakeholders to develop and refine business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyze and redesign business processes to ensure they align with strategic objectives and are optimized for the ServiceNow platform. Champion configuration over customization, thoroughly reviewing and documenting any non-standard approaches. Requirements & Backlog Management: Translate business needs and process improvements into clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders. Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are both impactful and strategically aligned with business goals. 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Experience Level Mid Level .
