We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with 6–10 years of SAP experience, including hands-on expertise in SAP MDG implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of master data governance processes, data quality management, workflow configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting MDG solutions to ensure consistent, accurate, and governed master data across the enterprise.

Minimum Graduation required (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field).

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Master Data Governance processes. Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions for: Business Partner (Customer & Vendor) Material Master Financial Master Data Customer Master Supplier/Vendor Master

Configure governance processes, workflows, validations, derivations, and approval processes. Support MDG data modeling, change requests, data replication, and consolidation activities. Design and implement data quality and data governance frameworks. Work with business stakeholders to define data standards, policies, and governance procedures. Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and custom developments. Perform system integration testing, UAT support, and issue resolution. Support data migration activities and master data harmonization initiatives. Ensure seamless integration between SAP MDG and SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA environments. Provide production support and troubleshoot critical MDG-related issues. Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience. Strong expertise in: SAP MDG-M (Material Master) SAP MDG-BP (Business Partner) SAP MDG-C (Customer) SAP MDG-S (Supplier/Vendor) SAP MDG-F (Financial Data)

Experience in: Data Modeling Change Request Management Workflow Configuration Data Replication Framework (DRF) Data Quality Management Business Rules and Validations

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data architecture. Experience working with data governance and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience in implementation, support, rollout, and upgrade projects. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
