Job Title: Unified Communications/Skype Operations Analyst Location: Plano, TX Duration: Contract
Job Description:
- Skype for Business Server / Lync client support (PC, Mac and mobile)
- Skype for Business Server / Lync video room systems support
- Support of Polycom or Cisco Skype integrated devices
- Support, optimize and maintain Skype for Business Server / Lync infrastructure with high availability
- Skype for Business / Lync application patching
- Manage support escalations and drive issue resolution to completion including leveraging of proper processes and communications, working with vendors as required
- Reporting, monitoring and Analytics – generate reports and monitor UC traffic in real time, respond and react to System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) alerting
