Principal Associate Engineer, Equipment Production

As a Principal Associate Engineer in Equipment Production, you are responsible for performing all testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Knowledge & Experience requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Meticulous to maintain high accuracy in work

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Assemble and test mechatronics assemblies based on standard work instructions and test procedures

• Gather measurement data independently and conduct self-verification

• Perform complex troubleshooting, debug and repair independently, recommend interventions to the Production Engineers and support customers in the field

• Support continuous improvement Initiatives towards production quality / productivity improvements

• Lead team members on initiative or line activities based on supervisor’s assignment

• Lead in determining and developing work instructions

• Support training to all Product Lines based on supervisor’s assignment

• Conduct performance testing independently

• Assist engineers in the documentation writeup for new measurement sets

• Provide on-the-job coaching to team members on standard workflows
