Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at KVC Consultants Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining a robust IT infrastructure and providing essential international voice support to our global clientele. Roles and Responsibilities: - Resolve incidents and problems related to network technology, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center Networks, ensuring resolutions within SLAs. - Provide international voice support, engaging with customers to resolve technical issues and network-related queries in a professional and courteous manner. - Troubleshoot and address customer concerns over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions. - Work closely with networking OEMs for resolution and permanent fixes. - Manage escalations and act as a trusted advisor for international customers. - Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately. - Stay updated on the latest technical developments in networking and ensure compliance with best practices. - Collaborate with inter-domain teams to resolve tickets and meet service level agreements. Skills Requirement: - Strong knowledge and experience in resolving incidents and problems related to Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, SD-LAN, and Data Center Networks. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for international interactions. - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to effectively manage customer interactions and resolve issues over the phone. - Familiarity with networking OEMs and their support processes. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage diverse responsibilities. - Basic understanding of ITIL framework is a plus. QUALIFICATION: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
