Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture (Network Engineer)

Job Title: Infrastructure/Cloud Architecture Location: Bangalore, Pune Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: 24/7 shift (European) Experience Level:10+yrs Role overview Maintain and evolve enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/DC/WiFi/SD-WAN) Ensure service stability and performance in a managed services model. Lead troubleshooting and support complex incident resolution. Contribute to transformation initiatives (automation / cloud). Key responsibilities: Operate DC and campus architectures (ACI / SDA) Operate and support multi-vendor network environments (routing, switching, wireless, SDWAN,DC, security, load balancing) Monitor network using tools / enterprise monitoring platforms Support incident, change and problem management processes (ITIL) Collaborate with cloud, security and platform teams Requirements (must have): Strong work ethic and motivation High level of commitment and dedication Ability to work effectively in a team environment Positive attitude and good sense of humor Enthusiasm for solving complex problems Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Understanding that, sooner or later, everything becomes a network issue Strong experience with Cisco technologies (CISCO Catalyst, Nexus, ACI, SDA, SDWAN, ISE) Strong experience in enterprise networking (routing (BGP,OPSF,EIGRP) , switching, DC (ACI L3 outs, tenents, contracts), WAN (ip sla, QOS,DSCP) ) Experience with load balancing (F5 / Netscaler)- operating and debbuging Solid background in network security (Checkpoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet stack) Solid understanding of routing, WAN and SDWAN (VManage / VSmart) Experience with enterprise WiFi (Cisco Wireless) Handson experience with network monitoring Familiarity with Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) Ability to work across multiple environments / customers simultaneously Good understanding of ITIL processes Nice to have Cloud connectivity (Azure ExpressRoute / AWS Direct Connect) Experience with Fortinet ecosystem (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAuthenticator, FortiProxy) Cisco DNA Center / APIC Automation / scripting (API, Python, Ansible) Experience with telecom providers and WAN services Interest in participating in team-building and after-work social events Being a team player both at work and outside the office .
