Role Overview: Kyndryl is seeking a skilled individual to join their Network Services team as a Network Solutions Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions to ensure the best possible network infrastructure for customers. Your expertise in routers, networking controllers, and networking software will be crucial in troubleshooting network issues and coordinating with vendors for hardware and software installations. Additionally, you will work on project implementation, planning, and cost analysis to deliver top-of-the-line technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manifest strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT technical issues and drive financially sound and operationally feasible solutions. - Implement, manage, and maintain large and small-sized Network Plant environments globally. - Coordinate with the Central Team to implement OT Networks for sites. - Deploy various networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLAN, and Switching. - Utilize a solid understanding of ITIL to recognize appropriate aspects in Incident, Problem, Change, and Availability processes related to Data Network activities and workflows. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in Network operations in large corporate networks. - Ability to execute multiple IT projects effectively and meet deadlines with limited supervision. - Solid technical skills in infrastructure technologies including Cisco LAN, Siemens, Scala Networks. - Experience in implementation and troubleshooting of OT and Wireless networks. - Hands-on experience in IoT project implementation to meet business timelines. - Proficiency in packet capture tools like Wireshark and network monitoring tools. - Expertise in supporting highly available services. - Familiarity with ITIL processes related to Data Network activities.
