Required Technical and Skilled Expertise 5+ years in storage engineering or similar technical roles involving SAN/NAS technologies , storage array management , and incident management . Expertise in NetApp 7-mode and C-mode systems. Proficiency in NetApp provisioning and SnapMirror replication for CIFS and NFS. Experience in patch and firmware updates on NetApp clusters. Familiarity with EMC SAN products (e.g., VMAX, VPLEX, XIO, PowerStore). Intermediate-level proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks. Exposure to Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches for storage area network configurations. Proficiency in EMC Symmetrix CLI (Solutions Enabler) and EMC Unisphere. Exposure to EMC Replication technologies (e.g., SRDF in all flavors). Hands-on experience in managing VNX, NetApp, VMAX, VPLEX, and XIO errors and hardware failures. Extensive experience troubleshooting Level 3 issues in SAN and NAS environments Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Certifications related to NetApp (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE)).
