About the role
As an experienced ServiceNow Administrator at Kyndryl, your role will involve administering, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) modules. You will lead the implementation and optimization of IT asset lifecycle processes, manage CMDB and asset data governance, configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level metrics. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams such as Procurement, IT Operations, Security, Finance, and Compliance, oversee discovery and integration tools, drive software license compliance and optimization initiatives, implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems, support audits, and mentor junior administrators. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) modules - Lead implementation and optimization of IT asset lifecycle processes (procure-to-retire) - Manage CMDB and asset data governance to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance - Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level metrics - Collaborate with various teams including Procurement, IT Operations, Security, Finance, and Compliance - Oversee discovery and integration tools for accurate asset reconciliation - Drive software license compliance and optimization initiatives - Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems - Support audits and ensure adherence to IT governance and regulatory requirements - Mentor junior administrators and provide technical leadership within the platform team - Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on experience administering ServiceNow - 5+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow ITAM - Strong understanding of CMDB architecture and data models - Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) - Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and ITIL processes - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills - Experience managing software licensing compliance and reconciliation - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) At Kyndryl, the emphasis is on kinship and inclusivity, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds.
