L3 Security - Checkpoint & F5

As a L3 Network Security Engineer (Checkpoint and F5 experience) at Lakarya LLC, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network and security systems in Chennai & Pune. Your responsibilities will include handling incidents, changes, and problem management within set service level agreements (SLAs). You must have expertise in Network Security, routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper), and managing data center networks. Additionally, you will be required to configure and resolve issues with routing and switching protocols, manage firewall security, VPNs, SD-WAN, and F5 LTM environments. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams during high-severity incidents will also be a key aspect. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network and security systems. - Handle incidents, changes, and problem management within set SLAs. - Configure and resolve issues with routing and switching protocols. - Manage firewall security, VPNs, SD-WAN, and F5 LTM environments. - Collaborate with vendors and internal teams during high-severity incidents. Qualifications: - Expertise in Network Security, including routing and switching (Cisco/Juniper), and managing data center networks. - Strong skills in Network Security, including firewalls (Checkpoint), VPNs, NAT policies, and SD-WAN solutions. - Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving network and security issues across OSI layers 17. - Knowledge in Cybersecurity and Information Security principles and best practices for enterprise systems. - Solid understanding of LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM functionalities. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCSA, F5 Certification) are required or strongly preferred.
