Data Analyst - SQL

You will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Additionally, you will develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools. Your role will involve data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel. You will closely collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions. Conducting exploratory data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis will also be part of your responsibilities. Your insights and recommendations will support business decision-making. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports and dashboards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, operations, product, and technology teams, will be essential. Qualifications Required: - Strong Data Analyst profile - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis roles - Hands-on expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI - Proven experience in data extraction, data cleaning, transformation, dashboarding, and reporting - Expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Reporting, Statistical Analysis, Data Validation, Dashboard Creation, Marketing Analytics, Journey Analytics, and Behavioral Analytics - Strong understanding of databases, large datasets, KPI reporting, and analytical techniques - Experience in product-based companies (B2C preferred) OR Data Analytics Service companies - Preferred: Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation - Preferred: Exposure to ETL, data warehousing, or big data technologies - Preferred: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills Please note that this role is only open to women candidates due to diversity hiring initiatives.
