About the role
As a Senior Product Manager (Growth, FinTech), your role will involve owning the product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch and post-release optimization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance engagement, conversion, lead quality, and retention through AI-driven personalization, intelligent pre-filling, and LLM-powered recommendation surfaces. Additionally, you will define and own the AI feature backlog for your vertical, establish a steady cadence of experimentation through A/B tests, rollouts, and UX improvements with measurable outcomes. Defining and tracking AI-specific product metrics and partnering across different regions to maintain alignment on goals and delivery milestones will be essential. You will also own product readiness and launch gating, writing product requirements for AI features with the same rigor as any other feature. To be successful in this role, you must have 6+ years of product management experience with at least 1 year of shipping LLM-powered features in a consumer-facing product. A metric-backed track record of improving conversion, revenue yield, engagement, or lead quality in a consumer funnel is required. Fluency with AI tools, strong product writing skills, and deep working command of Agile frameworks and tools are also necessary. Being from a B2C product company in FinTech is a must.
